Comprised of composer Ayase and vocalist ikura, YOASOBI is ai unit that turns novels into music. Their debut song "Into The Night (Yoru ni Kakeru)," released in November 2019, quickly gained attention, dominating various domestic streaming charts and has since surpassed an unprecedented record of 1.2 billion streams. In April 2023, their song "Idol," the opening theme for the TV anime 【OSHI NO KO】, secured the top spot on the Billboard JAPAN Hot 100 for 21 consecutive weeks, setting a new record for the longest consecutive run at number one on the chart.
In August 2024, they made their first appearance at the historic Lollapalooza festival in Chicago, followed by solo concerts in New York and Boston.
