Born and raised in the heart of Texas, Engelhardt discovered his passion for music at an early age. Immersed in the soulful storytelling of Ryan Bingham, he found solace and inspiration in the raw honesty of Bingham's lyrics, which resonated deeply within him. Drawing from the melodic musical tones of Matchbox 20, the gritty country roots of Turnpike Troubadours, and the dark, brooding energy of Alice in Chains, Engelhardt began to shape his own musical journey, weaving together his influences to create a sound that is uniquely his own.
