Inner Sanctum (DE)

Inner Sanctum is a five-member Melodic Death Metal band from Freiburg, Germany, that was founded in 2004. Their discography contains three independently released full-length albums. While their first release “Risen To Fall” was predominantly characterized by mid tempo songs, Inner Sanctum has become more and more dynamic and progressive without losing their unique characteristics. “Principle Leader” was well received among the metal community and praised for its “complex guitar arrangements” (www.musikreviews.de). The latest album “Metric Genesis”, released in 2016 and mixed at Iguana Studios, really showed that Inner Sanctum “stands out” (www.powermetal.de) from many other bands of the genre due to their flawless mix of a “sinister atmosphere and great melodies”, and how well “modern and classical elements” are blended together (www.powermetal.de). Inner Sanctum has played numerous concerts and festivals with bands like Enslaved, Rage, Tiamat, Finsterforst, The Privateer, Firtan, Unlight or Dreamshade, as well as three tours in Eastern Europe, and is best known for their rousing live performances.
