About Say Less The Band
Say Less The Band is a Pop-Rock / Soul trio formed by North Carolina natives Jon Wall, Brennan Clark, and Carl Jenkins.
Brennan and Jon met in college while performing with NC State's All Male A Capella group, Grains of Time. Over the years their friendship grew through A Capella performances and outside guitar jam sessions.
Summer of 2021, Brennan and Jon decided to solidify their music into a trio band and started looking for a drummer. Through mutual friends, they met Carl and knew after only one jam session that Carl was a perfect fit.
Their charismatic and energetic performance style has quickly gained the group popularity since their debut performance in July 2021, and solidified them as a notable name within the Triangle music scene. Say Less has performed at various breweries and events across the state from Brewgaloo, NC State's Packapalooza, the Cannonball Marathon in Greensboro, to their residency at Tin Roof Raleigh. Their 3-part harmonies paired with an eclectic mix of original and cover songs really set this group apart. Most notably are their short clips of Drake’s “Hotline Bling” which received nearly 10,000 plays on instagram as well as their take on Teddy Swims’ song “Bed on Fire” which was reshared by Teddy himself!
