Jake Shore's passion for music ignited during his formative years in Chicago, where he was heavily influenced by the Hip-hop scene of the 90s and 2000s. As a former 3rd-grade teacher, known to his students as Mr. P "The Tech House Teacher," he gained notoriety for sharing his love of house music with his students, which led to the creation of his popular Spotify playlist, House Music You Should Start Your Day With, that continues to thrive today.

Jake’s production style fuses nostalgia with forward-thinking energy, often blending House beats with Hip-hop vocals, as well as 90s with Y2K influences to create his high-tempo, club-ready anthems. His debut EP, Chicago On Top, solidified his signature sound, featuring fan-favorite records like Nights Like These, which recently surpassed 2 million streams on Spotify, and 1995, which garnered Spotify editorial support landing on New Music Friday across numerous countries, New Music Friday Dance, Housewerk, Tech House Operator, and more. His breakout single of 2023 “Hectic” especially caught the attention of renowned DJs including Fisher, Acraze, Loud Luxury, Biscits, and Diplo who featured it as his Next Essential pick on Diplo's Revolution Radio. With two Beatport Top 10 records under his belt in 2024 with his high-energy collabs with DJ Susan and Henry Fong, Jake sets his sights even higher in 2025 after signing with Steve Cardigan’s Putyouon Music Group and the Th3rd Brain Records Team.

Jake Shore's live performances showcase his ability to curate sets that blend nostalgic anthems with his signature uptempo Speed-House sound and energy. He’s shared the stage with DJ Snake, Dom Dolla, James Hype, Joel Corry, Sonny Fodera and more, leaving his fans with an unforgettable and electrifying experience on every dancefloor. He’s played many of the nation’s top venues across 2023 and 2024 including The Brooklyn Mirage, Aragon Ballroom, LIV Miami and more, with festival plays at Beyond Wonderland Chicago, Bass Canyon, and Breakaway Nashville. Jake is signed with Wilcox Weaver & Steve Gordon at UTA for all bookings.
