Unit 17

A Little bit about us - We are Unit 17, a new and upcoming 5-piece band based in the wonderful town of Nantwich, Cheshire. We write our own tunes as well as covering some classics. Currently we are on the search for any opportunities to play live. Recently we have been playing in a handful of pubs around our hometown as well as some support gigs for other well-known artists around Cheshire.

The band members – Tom Greenwood, Ben Riddle, Jonah Shaw, Jack Day and George Phipps. Starting a band has always been a cool idea for us. So that’s what we did!! We formed throughout high school; our current line-up was created in the summer of 2022.

Our biggest gig so far is coming up where we will be playing at The Royal Cheshire Show supporting bands such as Odyssey, Brother Beyond and Katrina And The Waves with an audience of thousands, exciting stuff!!
