Putty Knife

Putty Knife is a Miami band of sonic weirdos embracing the methods of lo-fi treachery and improvisation, from an angle of hardcore and noise. Operating with a rotating lineup and extending into other sound territories where appealing, including electronic and ambient, they've featured members of Ghostflower, Street Rat, and Echo Beauty Terror. With an interest in chaos and the density of the psychedelic experience, Putty Knife often veer from pulsing masses of sound to gratuitous sonic onslaught. During a small run in the northeast area, the band will be exploring mostly electronic instrumentation in a more stripped-down setting and will be joined on occasion by local collaborators.
