Delivering a captivating crossroads for chaos and composure, Aurateque offers a unique, punk-infused blend of alternative metal. Taking elements from hardcore, math rock, pop and electronica, amongst other genres, the Eora/Sydney-based outfit provides a fresh spin on the heavy alternative soundscape with an all-encompassing concoction of hard-hitting music that is both unorthodox and palatable.

Stirring an impression in the local alternative scene with the release of their enthralling debut single 'Paradigm', Aurateque have sold-out two shows in Gomeroi/Tamworth, with their headliner selling 200 tickets in the process. They have also opened for Patient Sixty-Seven and will embark on a tour across eastern Australia in May alongside rising Melbourne alt-metal outfit GhostSeeker.
