Dad Caps

Formed in the D.I.Y scene of Lansing MI in 2020, Dad Caps blends elements of Midwest Emo and Pop Punk with a hint of Indie Rock. Consisting of local lip ring enthusiast Gaven on guitar and vocals. Lansing's sad sk8r boi Vic on bass and vocals. The hot guy Ben on guitar. And finally the pardee man himself, the man, the myth, the legend, Maverick on drums. Dad Caps started writing their debut album “Marcy.” in October in Maverick’s parents basement until the boys got a house of their own, the boys quickly started working on the album; eventually finishing it in mid July of 2021 they ended up releasing the album on September 22nd 2021. The boys later released their new self-titled EP on April 2nd 2022 in hopes to go for a more mature sound.
