Pascal Kerong'A

Pascal Kerong'A is a Singer-songwriter, a Poet, and an Entrepreneur based in Austin, Texas. Born and raised in The Democratic Republic of the Congo, Pascal came to the U.S 7 years ago to complete his master's in Economics at the University of Texas at Austin. His life took an unexpected path when he was enrolled in the same university's ESL program. Speaking six languages, the once Economics Expert has become an inspiring figure who brings a bright smile to the face of everybody he meets. Look at his social media to see what I am talking about.
Brave, resilient, and adventurer, Pascal learned not only English in these seven years, but he also learned to play the Guitar, the Keyboard, and songwriting.
To put words into action, Pascal released his debut single titled My Goodbyes on Tuesday, February 22, 2022.
Pascal wrote the song at the beginning of the pandemic when the world shut down, and his roommates went to their respective families, but he couldn't go since his family lives more than 7 thousand miles away.
"Loneliness closed upon me," he said. "For days, I didn't have anybody to talk to. So I turned to my two best friends, my guitar and my keyboard. I learned a few basic chords on YouTube. And boom! My Goodbyes was born."
