If NRBQ and the Neville Brothers and The Fabulous Thunderbirds had a love child, and had Jerry Reed for the baby’s nanny……he might grow up to be The Firebrands! What started as an impromptu jam at a backyard bbq with three experienced music lifers quickly morphed into something bigger.
It’s bluesy, it rocks, it’s funky, twangy, joyous, high energy, and FUN! Never the same old same old - you might hear The Jefferson’s theme in the middle of a killer set of catchy originals, a funk tune, then…..oh, maybe a snippet of ZZ Top. Hell, the BAND doesn’t always know what they’ll do next! They are on a mission to play GREAT music and get people dancing.
