Not even my style, but her and the time of day she was playing was beautiful. I believe it was in the evening, as the sun was setting. Beautiful atmosphere for otherwise derivative yet beautiful music.

About Georgia Harmer
Known for her dulcet voice and sincere lyricism, Georgia Harmer is a bright star of an artist, rising from the core of Toronto's tight-knit music scene. Her songs guide listeners through a wide landscape of emotions, gliding seamlessly between triumphant anthems and bucolic ballads. Following the success of her debut album, Stereogum noted that she has "established herself as a noteworthy talent", and SPIN Magazine named her a 2022 artist-to-watch, exclaiming that "for Georgia Harmer, it's a matter of when, not if".
Harmer’s sophomore record, Eye of the Storm, is set for release in summer 2025. This offering features esteemed collaborators such as mixing engineer Tucker Martine (R.E.M., Neko Case, Modest Mouse), and musical contributions from Matt Kelly (City & Colour) and Ben Whiteley (The Weather Station). Harmer has also partnered with acclaimed artist and photographer, Norman Wong, to create music videos and album artwork.
Over the past few years, Harmer has maintained a consistent touring schedule, most recently supporting City & Colour across the U.S., as well as performing at the Calgary Stampede, and supporting artists like Lake Street Dive, Bahamas, and Broken Social Scene in 2024. In 2023, Harmer performed at SXSW, Great Escape, and Focus Wales, as well as headlining The Waiting Room in London UK, along with tours supporting The Paper Kites, Tim Baker, Rural Alberta Advantage, and Haley Blais. In 2022, she supported The Ballroom Thieves, Broken Social Scene, and Dan Mangan.
Across her debut album, Stay In Touch, Harmer captures ephemeral moments with focused detail: the euphoric memory of a poignant summer’s day, the dusty heat of a Texas afternoon, a tingle of melancholy on a solo walk home after a party. Harmer has penned an emotionally resonant collection of songs that articulate the ways in which even the most fleeting experiences can forge bonds between strangers, create families out of friends, and one by one form the joys and sorrows that make up a life. With Eye of the Storm, she chronicles the deeper matter that runs through the veins of relationships enduring time and change. The preservation of her memories continues, but the heart of this record holds them all and determines which to leave behind, and which lead the way forward.
