About Sisters of Black Mountain

Singer-songwriter Cecilia Enriquez, bassist Leah Engel, and drummer/producer Joey Welcher first started playing together in Saint Cecilia, who recorded their debut album back in 2016. During the pandemic - the sunshine pop of Saint Cecilia felt a little tone deaf for the emerging times, and a new outlet was needed for the darkness - and thus was
SISTERS OF BLACK MOUNTAIN formed.
