About Imaginary Sister
Imaginary Sister is a Lo-Fi Indie Folk duo from Antwerp, Belgium, that blends the DIY ethos of the Lo-Fi Rock scene with the intimacy of melancholic Indie Folk, all through the soft rustling voice of lead singer Kathy Vanhout and minimalistic guitar arrangements by Vik Hardy.
Their first singles have been described as "Distilled songs in which you can hear every string and the creaking wood of the floorboards, with lyrics that unfold like a short story". Their debut album 'We became quite good at hesitating' will be released on December 9th, 2022. Physical pre-orders and digital download are available now, exclusively on Bandcamp.
