Double Wish

Double Wish makes dark-sunshine-pop. Since 2007 multi-instrumentalists Philippe Andre and Adam Sabolick have played music together, weaving in and out of different projects throughout Los Angeles. In 2020 Adam’s bedroom demos became Philippe’s studio recordings and Double Wish began.

"Universe Sometimes" is the sophomore EP from the Orange County, CA based duo. By searching for the middle point within a vast array of influences, taken from everything between The Roches, Underworld, Cocteau Twins, Pond, STRFKR , Third Eye Blind, Korn, Laraaji, King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard and more, Double Wish arrives with a self-proclaimed dark-sunshine-pop sound.

Upon Double Wish's ambitious studio pursuits, they have toured throughout Southern California performing alongside artists such as NEIL FRANCES, PAPA, Windser, Chloe Gallardo, Teenage Wrist, Jerry Paper, Pearl & The Oysters, Jaws of Love., MEG MYERS and Cuffed Up. The band has found support on Talkhouse, Fresh Finds, Fresh Finds Indie and Compact Cassette amongst others.
