KD LilPhat has been burning up the rap scene since 2009 with blistering rhymes and bone shaking beats. His debut success with “Whack It Jack It” featuring acclaimed artists Eastside, L Boog And Akon was the marker that showed the way for the future that was to come. Born in Louisiana and raised in Milwaukee, he has been influenced by artist such as LilPhat, Gucci Mane, Yo Gotti, Lil Wayne and Lil Durk. While his lyrical flow is reminiscent of his peers, his style is of his own making and speaks of a legacy unmatched by others. With dominant bounce and the honesty of his journey, he throws down with a swagger that has been making a statement in the city that sits on the shores of Lake Superior. Weaving his magic since the age of 12, it was that hit ‘Whack It Jack It’ at the age of 18 that gave him his first commercial success. But life has a strange way of getting in the way. Following a career in entrepreneurship and walking back from the industry he loved, it was not until he teamed up with Ant and Baby J Trappnazz that the musical desire once again filled his veins. Despite the countless obstacles that have held him back over the years, he was determined to leave the influence of the streets behind him to pursue his dreams and develop into an artist that his community could be proud of. With many of his associates winding up in the big house, he wanted to be the shining example that others could follow and help people get out of any situation they find themselves in. Now ready to once again take the industry by storm, he has been working with legendary producer Micheal Denten who was the master engineer behind E-40, 2Pac and Too Short. Bringing all his experience of the West Coast sound together with Kd LilPhat’s serious talent has resulted in the upcoming release ‘Go Mode’. With boneshaking beats and juddering bass, ‘Go Mode’ announces the reintroduction of a rapper at the top of his game. As 2021 rolls on, KD Lilphat will be releasing track after track and a huge EP that will deliver on every single promise he has ever made.
