Fairweatherfriend, is an American emo pop-rock band that displays heartfelt and emotional lyrics backed by passionate vocals and emotive musical choices often compared to the musical stylings of bands like Taking Back Sunday, Brand New, and Emery. They write music from an authentic and personal perspective that tells a story that the listener can engage with personally along with being blown back by heavy hitting drums and bass, tasteful harmonic guitar voicings, and moving vocal melody parts that intertwine with one another and fit in the music perfectly. The band finds inspiration from so many different bands and artists from many generations of music like funk, jazz, and classic rock to the early albums of Underoath all the way to the modern rock sensations of The 1975. This gives them a unique sound and appreciation for all kinds of music. Fairweatherfriend is currently working on their first full length album and will hopefully be released by the end of 2022.
