Groove Nazar

An eclectic, cross-genre project that takes “groove” as the common denominator for all their creations: the fundamental element in any music that makes us bob our heads and rock our booties delightfully. Romantic, yet devilish; at times melancholic, but mostly rocking, with an element of surprise in their compositions never lacking, the band is fueled by a desire to explore uncharted territory. Whether you’re into ravaging odd-meter riffs accompanied by thunderous drums, or watery-eyed ballads with a bluesy touch, you’re sure to find a dark twist – the nazar, Turkish for “evil eye” - that will make you (comfortably) uneasy. Joining forces with the brilliant multi-instrumentalist @Needshes who works his voodoo at the dials of their mixing table, the band is busy making their second album (LP), scheduled to hit the digital platforms this spring.
