About Marvin Davis
Marvin Davis was born on December 16, 1975, a native of Memphis, Tn. He was raised from a child watching his Father, Aunts and Uncles doing music within the city. Through the Holy Spirit, Marvin was impelled to follow in the family footsteps. During this time, he fell in love with music and grew wanting to do music on a big scale. Influenced by artist such as John P. Kee, Marvin Sapp, Robert Davis and more, Marvin found his path and accepted his calling and is ready to take his ministry to the world.
In the 90’s, Marvin Served time in the military which took him to the San Diego California area, where he got musically involved with a group called Surrender and released and EP to the world. Since that point, He married NaTasha Davis, began his family moved back to memphis, Tennessee where he joined Shekinah Glory Church, under the leadership of Pastor Timothy Robinson, Sr. and when on to do a few features and studio work with Bjamin, Sondra Love, Joel T. Robinson of the South Camp Records entity and one year later, signed as an artist under the label.
Marvin now has recorded and is ready to release his first sIngle with South Camp Records entitled, “More”. What makes Marvin special is not only his story and dedication to Gods mission for him. His sound is different. His anointing is different. His goal in life is to please God, and fulfill God's desires for his life, feed his family and make great music. His hope is that thru his ministry, He would help to convert as many lives as possible.
