Sunken Lands

Sunken Lands is a new independent Americana/ country band from the Netherlands. Their music is characterized by a deep, melancholic tone often described as “sad songs,” which resonates with the emotional storytelling tradition of country music.

Sunken Lands released their self-titled debut album in 2023, featuring 12 original tracks. The album has been very well received. Sunken Lands consists of six experienced musicians who played with several artists and in several bands like Taneytown, Bertolf, Swinder, The Hunger, Hannah Mae, Instil, Slow Movin’ Outlaws and so on.

In their short existence they shared the stage with bands such as The Long Ryders, Bob Wayne, Dale Watson and many others. In the spring of 2025, Sunken Lands will release their new album followed by a promotional tour.
