Coxey's Army

Coxey’s Army exploded live onto the central Ohio scene in 2022 with the determination and energy of a raccoon on adderall. Taking their name from an early 20th century slang term for a group of social miscreants and often compared to bands like Street Dogs, The Briggs and early Dropkick Murphys, the band explores themes of hard work and perseverance accompanied by driving punk guitars with hints of Americana and Celtic music. In the short time Coxey’s Army have been performing, they have shared the stage with punk powerhouses like Sloppy Seconds, Escape From The Zoo, The Dreadnaughts, The Casualties, and Antagonizers ATL. The band has been featured on PromoWest’s discover weekly, TunedUp’s top central Ohio band to watch in 2023 and has been featured on regular rotation on WTJN in Troy, Ohio. Coxey’s Army plans to release their debut LP in 2025.
