BÖNDBREAKR of Austin, TX intersects grime, noise, and metal to create hardcore rage punk rock. Their hard-driving sound underscores lyrics that pointedly address westernized societal maladies, mental health challenges unique to BIPOC communities, social media addiction, and the communal weight of racism, sexism, and inequality.


In the summer of 2020, a fateful lineup change led to a revision of their hardcore style which gave way to the band's most recent compositions, lyrical content, and musical collaborations of dark psychedelia, blistering levity, and auditory mayhem.

In 2021, BÖNDBREAKR played the Dissent Records x Girls Rock Austin Empowerment Fest, opening for powerhouse acts Pleasure Venom, The Dead Coats, Ladyfang, Chief Cleopatra, and more. The band continues to lend local support to touring acts in Austin, and is set to tour all coasts in 2022 and beyond.

BÖNDBREAKR's music and videos have been featured in Dead Rhetoric, The Cosmic Clash, Heavy Music HQ, The Punk Site, and in numerous indie and local publications.
