About Leah Barton
Leah is a professionally-trained, mezzo-soprano vocalist based in SW Florida. From performing operatic classics to simple worship hymns, she spreads joy to others through song.
Her musical career began with the piano at age 8, the addition of the violin at 10, and guitar at 16. However, while none of these were pursued beyond grade school, they provided a strong foundation when Leah discovered her passion for classical and opera singing in her late 20s. Today, she studies under internationally acclaimed soprano Heather Ivy, and performs regularly for churches and local events in Southwest Florida.
