Broken Compass Bluegrass is a such a fun, high energy band with so much skill! And Sacyard is a great venue.

What a STELLAR show!! BCB brought it as expected when opening up the show for one of their legendary idols. Peter's set and his stories grabbed the attention of the crowd. And then, Broken Compass Bluegrass joined Peter at the end for three songs (played for the first time together) that was simply magical. The old and the new. It was one for the books!

About Broken Compass Bluegrass
Broken Compass Bluegrass is an acoustic quartet that has rapidly gained acclaim for its razor-sharp arrangements, organic interplay and well-developed songwriting. The band performs a mix of jamgrass, bluegrass, country, and Grateful Dead material, among numerous original material.
Based in northern California, Broken Compass Bluegrass includes Kyle Ledson, Django Ruckrich, Mei Lin Heirendt, and Sam Jacobs. Though still youngsters, they are no strangers to the music industry. They are seasoned performers, multi-instrumentalists, songwriters, and singers and have established themselves as some of California’s most prominent up-and-coming youth. Now coming together as a band, they are a fresh force in the music scene today.
