This show taught me so much more than I thought I knew about Dizzy Gillespie . Justin Varnes is not only an accomplished drummer, but he has an encyclopedic knowledge of jazz history.The guys playing with him were all so impressive, there wasn’t one musician who didn’t play their hearts out.

We were at the show last night for Nat King Cole and it was by far the best we've seen this year! The group was on fire and the vocalist was very good. My favorite player is John Sanford and his amazing chops. Really looking forward to the next shows. We can't seem to find enough good jazz of this type, so when we do, it makes for a very pleasant evening. We really enjoy hearing any future announcements on the band.
