XSTOFR

Xstofr which is short for Christopher is Chads' middle name. Born Chad Christopher Larsen in Grand Forks, ND, Xstofr moved to Northern California when he was 2. He enjoyed music at a young age. His mother was a gospel recording artist and would spend hours listening to music on his headphones with her while his dad was serving in the Air Force. Xstofr spent most of his childhood playing sports and was the captain of his football and baseball teams in High School, and although he was a gifted athlete, his passion was always music.

His musical influences are eclectic and come from New Wave influences Depeche Mode, Erasure, Yaz, and West Coast Rap and Hip Hop artists NWA, Bone Thugs n Harmony, Wu-Tang Clan and the Fugees. Xstofr has played at clubs throughout Northern and Southern California, Arizona, Pittsburgh, Ohio, Miami, and Texas. He has entertained corporate events for Ciroc, Calvin Klein, Chick Filet, and Don Julio, and Lifttech Fitness. This past year Xstofr branched out to creating tracks for stage presentations in the bodybuilding world as well as weddings, High School Proms and Homecomings where he brought down the house.
