Chamber pop, melancholy, lyrics that directly reflect and sting. Music that dances between worlds. To Athena allows introspective and fragile gems in Swiss German alongside sparkling and cinematic pop in English to coexist on the same stage. Greatness is often found in the small, in the details. In the lyrics that reach into the darkness but always allow the light in as well. Fragility, strength, and the notes in between.

Growing up as a child of a violin maker family, To Athena has been in contact with music since birth. The passion for string instruments, a childhood immersed in 80s synth-pop, and an awareness of relevant issues now form the amalgam from which To Athena constructs her universe.
Her debut album, "Aquatic Ballet," was released in October 2020. In her second album, "The Movie" (release date: 20th October 2023), she delves even deeper into her inner world and searches for reasons and depths, distilled in both English and Swiss German lyrics.

In 2023, To Athena was honored for her work with the Swiss Music Award in the "Artist Award" category.
