Ethan Jewell, the 20yr old poet, and pianist who got his stardom on TikTok, possibly the rawest most talented poet of our time, is going places. These feelings are temporary; that is only one of the messages Ethan Jewell is speaking to his listeners. This a simple yet powerful message that we all hear from our parents, teachers, friends, and therapists, In a place of darkness, we believe others have to tell us that to make us feel better. That is not the response Ethan gets from his listeners though. He says to feel your feelings, in a world where we're taught that our feelings are not valid. Through his poetry and piano he leaves himself vulnerable and pulls his audience into a place they have been before, but this time they’re not alone, they’re among others who have felt the same way or similar and it finally feels safe to feel their emotions. His voice though calming, demands the space and you’re consumed by him, hanging on every raw emotion he has in his words. If only growing up my generation had him to remind us that we were not alone, to feel our feelings, then let them go because they aren’t permanent, 14 yr old me needed an Ethan Jewell to listen to. Thankfully this generation has him, and they are listening, we as parents, are listening. You have our hearts, our ears, and we're here for it. Keep being you, stay humble, and I firmly believe Ethan, like the hero you wanted to be, you just may save some of us, if you haven't already.

About Ethan Jewell

Introspective poetry is seen in an entirely new light within the words and heartfelt emotions poured into every word written by the poet. After finding solace and comfort in writing, Ethan Jewell took to TikTok to share his art with the world, and the response was outstanding. From his first viral video of his original single “Snowglobe” which received over 1.7 million views, to releasing a clip of “Bouquet” which saw even greater success with over 5.6 million views, Jewell has yet to slow his momentum. His debut album Live From Planet Ok (December 2019) saw immediate success, securing over 1M streams within the first month of the release. Garnering a loyal fanbase almost immediately, fans and followers cannot get enough of the artist’s words, voice, and aura of comfort and support. Less than a year later, Jewell returned with his sophomore work Living The Dream (August 2020) which featured even more heart wrenching
lyricism and out of the box styles. Jewell kicked off 2021 with “drive thru poem,” which gained
him his first editorial placement on Spotify’s “idk.” playlist. Following the single came “i feel better when no one remembers i exist,” which saw impressive numbers upon release. Nearing 150k Spotify streams less than two months after the release, Jewell is building a community and a name for himself in cities across the US and internationally. His latest work “something to live for” released August 20th, and is the final single before the highly anticipated third project. Claimed by the poet to be some of his most emotional and vulnerable work yet, the album is nearing the final stages of completion. Following the record, Ethan will be embarking on his first ever national tour in early 2022.
