About OC #experiment
Born in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. OC started his house studio creation with a keyboard, a laptop, and a microphone since 2019. In 2020, he completed four demos published on StreetVoice. In these pieces, Fusion Jazz — OC’s most comfortable genre — serves the basis, while the rhythm line freely flows between R&B and Funk. The Chinese and Taiwanese bilingual song writing speaks for ordinary people’s mood and the ambiguous relationship between people.
These songs only mark the beginning. OC plans to develop two sets — the acoustic trio “OC #tribe,” and the brass band “OC #experiment” — so that the music will be returning to the live spaces and entering the audience’s ears and moving bodies.
