シドのShinji（Gt.）とRayflowerの田澤孝介（Vo.）からなるロックユニット。 “fuzzy knot”の意味は「曖昧な結び目」。 Shinjiが最も影響を受けた90年代の音楽を織り交ぜつつ、ギターロックだけではなく ジャンルに“縛られない”音楽を発信する、として名付けられた。 曲の解釈、“最後の締め”は聞き手次第という、楽曲全ての制作を担う2人からのメッセージでもある。
