Byron Daniel and 5 DD were awesome. They put on a performance Saturday evening that we thoroughly enjoyed. The only negative was the stage was at the front of a restaurant that was full of incredibly loud and noisy patrons when the band started, making it a bit difficult to hear the music. After some of the large tables of diners left we could really appreciate the artistry of the musicians. Great music.

Great show, enjoyed the music. Band performed in outdoor setting in Hammond, LA while a cold front blew through and they still sounded good. Look forward to seeing them again in the future.

About Byron Daniel and the Five Dead Dogs
Byron Daniel and the Five Dead Dogs was formed on the porch of a house on the banks of the Blood River. The goal was to create music that combined the culture and landscape of Southeast Louisiana. We've come to call this sound "Rural Infused Sweat Rock." What is RISR? It is a combination of classic rock, country, R&B, funk, psychedelia and other modern sounds that permeate today's airwaves.
The band formed around Vocalist and Guitarist Byron Daniel - soon came Drummer Christian Colonna, Guitarist Clay Wilson, Bassist Monroe White, and Keyboardist Andrew Ates. This combination of unique, high-caliber talent has made this band an electrifying live music experience for anyone who loves - and lives - rock n' roll.
The band formed around Vocalist and Guitarist Byron Daniel - soon came Drummer Christian Colonna, Guitarist Clay Wilson, Bassist Monroe White, and Keyboardist Andrew Ates. This combination of unique, high-caliber talent has made this band an electrifying live music experience for anyone who loves - and lives - rock n' roll.
