Rosebud Baker

Rosebud Baker is a New York-based comedian, actress, and writer. Her debut special, "Whiskey Fists," premiered in 2021 on Comedy Central's YouTube Channel and has streamed half a million views and counting. She is currently a writer on Saturday Night Live and can be seen on "Life & Beth" on Hulu.

In 2018, she was selected as New Face of Comedy at Montreal's prestigious Just For Laughs Comedy Festival 2018. Her intensely personal, dry, remorselessly dark brand of humor stood out to viewers in the Amazon Video docu-series, "Inside Jokes" which documented her journey to becoming a New Face of Comedy. The Village Voice named Rosebud as The Very Best of Just For Laughs New Faces Showcase, stating ''Baker’s no-nonsense, wickedly dirty routine cut through the evening like barbed wire."

Rosebud has written for Comedy Central's The Roast of Alec Baldwin, and HBO's "That Damn Michael Che," which was nominated for a Writer's Guild Award in 2022. Rosebud's appeared on Comedy Central Stand-up, Bill Burr's "The Ringers," and "This Week At The Comedy Cellar." She's toured with some of the biggest names in comedy, including Michael Che and Amy Schumer, and performed at comedy festivals like Comedy Central's Clusterfest, JFL 42, Vodaphone Comedy Festival, and SxSW.
