About LEx Lidia
LEx was born to Mexican parents in San Diego, CA. Heavily influenced by Southern California
and his Latino heritage, LEx discovered a passion for hip-hop, reggaeton, and soul music at an
early age. He first began singing in his school choir and later joined an acapella group in junior
high. It was there that LEx discovered a passion for performing. Now a self-taught producer,
engineer, and seasoned musician in his own right, LEx has spent the past few years refining his
sound, all the while continuing to experiment with harmony and melody. With a cultural and
musical background as diverse as LEx Lidia’s, it comes as no surprise that the rising artist
would so masterfully blur the lines between music, culture and language.
