Wind & the Why is an NYC-based folk rock band featuring Therese Anderberg and Emily Casey. Therese and Emily, co-songwriters and frontwomen, bring folk-inspired, introspective lyrics realized through harmonies that float above an expansive rock foundation. Wind & the Why released their first EP, Afterlight, produced and engineered by James Frazee (Sharon Van Etten, Patti Smith), in 2019.
