About Jason Dawson
Hailing from Stoney Creek, independent artist Jason started writing and producing songs at the age of eleven. When he was 15 he met local producer, Brent Wirth, who helped him hone his songwriting craft. At 18, they began working together to write a catalog of songs to send to various labels and publishers. One of those songs was called "Anchor" which he is most recognized for. At the age of 20 he began working with various writers, including Frankmusik, who introduced him to the unique and wonderful world of electronic music.
After posting videos of covers and original songs on YouTube and SoundCloud and gaining a following online, he decided to create his own label (Fox & Wolf Records) and release his music independently.
Jason is heading back in the studio in the fall of 2019 to work on his upcoming EP, scheduled to be released in the summer of 2020.
