In Our Wake

In Our Wake is a metalcore band based out of Detroit, MI originally formed in 2019. In Our Wake made their debut with single “Never Letting Go” in 2019 and followed it up with 5 singles and an acoustic cover song of Breaking Benjamin’s “Dear Agony.” The band was originally a 5 piece band but during the COVID-19 pandemic, the original members decided not to continue on due to the state of the music industry. The band was rebuilt by original vocalist, Alex Osip, and drummer Stevie Bertetto. The band now consists of 6 members but this time with with a new vocalist fronting the band, Steven Schuler. The new music with Steven as the lead vocals is set to come out in March, 2023. The band currently consists of Steven Schuler (Vocalist), Alex Osip (vocals/guitar), Chris Silence (vocals/guitar), Stevie Bertetto (drums), Cody James (Bass), and Alex Walter (Keys).

After a 2 year hiatus, the band released a single called “Heartbeat” on to let fans know that they were by no means finished and announced new music was underway and they could expect to see some news in the year 2023. “Heartbeat” was accompanied by a music video shot and directed by Drake Whelton of “White Knuckle Films”, which displays the band before its full new line-up, giving a rugged performance in an abandoned warehouse.

January 2023, In Our Wake realeased “Save You” there most recent single to date. The single was accompanied by a music video, directed by Tevin Colin.
