Her debut single and music video "One day we'll make it home" was released 2011 and went straight to the Norwegian top charts,
VG-lista. Ellen Xylander is playlisted in several Norwegian radioes and on national TV, NRK Jukeboks and NRK Svisj Norge. In May/June the music video was the most viewed and voted for in the TV-jukeboks. The music video then went to be the new video most viewed here in 2011.
With radio friendly, catchy and well composed pop songs, delivered by a voice both warm, tender and powerful, Ellen Xylander's music stands out as a solid and refreshing building stone to international pop music. Ellen cooperates with Universal Music Publishing as a songwriter.
Currently she is in studio working on her debut album, with top producers in Los Angeles, US as well as in Varberg and Lidkøping, Sweden.
Ellen Xylander has also been in Los Angeles for the making of the music video of her single "One day we'll make it home", from her debut album due to be released in 2012. Ellen is represented by Aronsen booking in Norway.
