Mermaid Avenue are a Brisbane based rock band formed in 2015 around the song-writing of Peter Clarke. They have become a regular fixture on the Brisbane scene playing numerous local venues developing a formidable catalogue of songs and a love of playing to ever appreciative audiences. Their debut album 'Temptation and Half the Truth' was released in late 2018 and their follow up 'Sugartown' dropped in July 2022. The band are currently working on their third album 'Loveday No. 9', due for release mid-2023
