Jon Anderson

Jon and the band Geeks put on an EXCEPTIONAL show at the Paramount in Austin, TX. Jon at 80 years young is just incredible. The musicians are all exceptional. Best song of the night was "Awaken". Extremely difficult song to pull off live, and they did it perfectly. WOW! You seldom see a concert where the group gets a standing ovation before and after every song. That was the case. If you get a chance to see Jon and the Band Geeks, do it. It was a night to remember. The Paramount venue is also wonderful. Even though it is 100+ years old, it is a wonderful venue for live events.

Great show, Job Anderson was in really great voice and the backing band, especially the guitarist, was fantastic. Awesome to see, the crowd loved them.

Fabulous! I highly recommend and would definitely see him and his very talented band play again. Ron O does a talent good by showcasing huge talent from various eras. Jon looks years younger than his advanced age, and the voice continues to be spot on. His final song, roundabout! Nothing about this concert or venue will disappoint. I hopped over pre-show to Riverside Pub, just across the street from the Arcada. Pizza was yummy and reasonable for the quality.

Amazing!! I can’t believe how great Jon still sounds!! Awesome set list!!! We had a great time!! And you can tell that Jon is so appreciative of everyone that came to see him and the band.

Got to see Jon pretty close for seats that were only $80 each. The Band Geeks with him were killer and on point, even making jokes to each other on stage, so they’re all casual with one another. Rain started to come down during Roundabout, so it made it more. Opening him was the legendary Carl Palmer, the last surviving member of Emerson, Lake, and Palmer of the 70s. As he aged physically, his drumming has not!

Great show!!

Jon Anderson was phenomenal & his voice is back. It was strong & powerful. He was full of energy throughout the show. The Band Geeks who performed with him were outstanding, especially the guitarist & bass player. They played all of the YES Classics perfectly. The sold out audience was fully engaged throughout the show which lasted about 2 & 1/2 hours with a 15 minute break. I loved every minute of it!!!!
