Born in 2014, Whit is a spiraling force of sound often described as Sparkle-Shred, Jazz-Prog, and Soul Math with a strong “Disney Princess on Acid” aesthetic. Inspired by bands like The Dirty Projectors, Yes, Grizzly Bear, Ava Luna and Deerhoof; Whit songs are filled with swift movement, jangly, shiny guitar tones, angular syncopations and polyrhythms iced with soaring vocal melodies.
