About Pilhouse

Four 20-year-olds moved to London in 2017 for a BA in music technology, and became inseparable during student life and their unusual degree together. Late 2018 they spontaneously formed Pilhouse to win a £150 battle of the bands prize, and in one week of rehearsing, put together three quality songs and smashed the competition. Days later they self recorded the songs and put them out as the Pilhouse demos on Bandcamp.
Through a handful of high energy gigs, they now have an exceptional reputation and a quickly growing student following in their SW London base, Kingston.
Their self produced single ‘Hurt You’ is the first of a series of single releases planned for 2019. Expect big things this summer and come see ‘em live if you can dig some psychedelic indie rock.
