Faith, Perseverance and Dedication are three words, all with different meanings yet all synonymous with one family. That family is The Walkers from Perry, FL.

Since the inception of The Walkers full time ministry in November 1991, countless numbers of lives have been impacted by their Faith, Perseverance and Dedication. More than one million miles have been traveled and more than 5,000 services have been conducted. When The Walkers were just getting started back in 1991, their ministry impacted Florida, south Georgia and south Alabama. By the end of 1992, they had expanded to Tennessee, North and South Carolina. As of today, the ministry of The Walkers has expanded coast to coast encompassing 42 states, including three trips to Alaska, along with Canada.

The Walkers are one of the the most diverse groups in gospel music today. They perform primarily original songs that group members have written. In addition to this they do some of CCLI's Top 100 praise and worship songs as well as the beloved hymns. Versatility and flexibility are their calling cards as they are skilled and adept at reading their audience and knowing in the moment what will best minister to the needs of the people they are singing to.

The Walkers are one of the top up and coming groups in the gospel music industry. Although they have been around since 1991 they are just establishing their brand of music within the industry. They have sent out 6 songs to Christian country and southern gospel radio since 2012 and all six have charted. They have had 2 Top 10 songs to Christian country radio along with another Top 20 song. Their latest 3 songs have all charted at southern gospel radio. The Inspirational Country Music Association (ICMA) out of Nashville, TN has nominated them for Group of the Year in Christian country music.

The Walkers have been fortunate to work with some great people and companies through the years. Today, they have assembled a great team that continues to record, promote, schedule and publicize The Walkers. They have recorded with some great labels in the industry. They have recorded multiple albums for Lamp Music Group and their latest two recordings were with Tate Music Group. The Walkers are now signed to Nashville, TN's Mansion Entertainment with distribution by Sony Red. The Walkers are represented at radio by Hey Y'all Media. Vonda Easley does a fantastic job working with radio announcers and music directors of all the great radio stations that play gospel music.
