Completely self-taught, Interlucid meticulously crafts every song from start to finish—lyrics, melody, and production to the final mix and master—in a home studio. Their pop style is reminiscent of the stadium-size retro sounds of M83 and the authentic intimacy of the Postal Service while their unique angle draws inspiration from Porter Robinson, Brothertiger, Mutemath, Essenger, and the New Division. Interlucid writes about love, mental struggles, and self-worth and has shown dedication through stunts such as performing at 14 open mics in 13 consecutive days.

Interlucid is based in Seattle. After being laid off from their tech job, Interlucid started committing 100% of their time to their music career. They are making videos on their progress on Instagram and TikTok and you can see them work on things like building a recording booth in their downtown Seattle apartment.
