About Theresa Golden
Her Midwest-meets-West coast soulful singing style makes Theresa Golden a unique vocal experience. She mesmerizes audiences with her expression of love through music and her deep emotional connection with the listener elevates their consciousness.
Theresa is a self-described Vocal Stylist who began her singing career in church like so many great artists. She grew up in a musically talented family and started singing at five in her family’s gospel group; delighting crowds with her melodic voice. She joined her brother’s rhythm and blues band when she turned 16 and traveled throughout Wisconsin, Illinois and Minnesota, singing to fans at sold-out venues.
She believes that music is an energetic force in expressing her love for community—and all of humanity. As a highly-favored alumni of The World Stage Jazz Vocal Music Workshop, Theresa’s greatest passion is performing on stage. Her vocal artistry combines gospel, R&B and jazz genres with a gifted-style that makes the song uniquely her own.
