Introducing: “These words are not yours” by The Jack London Show, written and partially recorded in a room located between a nursery school and a home for the elderly. On this brand new EP, the danceable indie rock of The Jack London Show is in search of its own sound. On the one hand powerful and familiar, on the other hand fragile and adventurous without losing focus. Like the city of London itself, the sound of The Jack London Show is derived from a wide range of styles. A beatbox, a small gospel choir and a string quartet combined with airy synths and chains used as a percussion instrument. Did we overdo it?
