Zoe Tan

Zoe Tan is a 20 year old Malaysian singer-songwriter that grew up influenced by artists like Bread and Corey Hart, but also artists like Demi Lovato and The Jonas Brothers (from the early 2000s). Having experienced many a tumultuous high school heartbreak and everything in between, she channels this into the painful ballads she writes. In the past she was a hotel lounge singer for Banyan Tree Hotel and has headlined at multiple venues such as Merdekarya, RIUH x SYOK, PLOY at Clearwater, opened for artists like Yuna and Royal Pirates, and played The 24 Hour Race and Urbanscapes in 2019 while Glass Animals headlined. She is Finneas meets Beabadoobee with a touch of musical theatre influence from her K-12 school years, combined with the heart-wrenching lyrics and richness of her low, entrancing voice, she tells stories of her personal hardships create a sense of one-on-one intimacy and deep connection with her listeners.
