About Ish Vitale
Ish Vitale, born on April 15th, 1995, is a hip hop artist based out of Savannah, GA intent on introducing a new way of storytelling through lyricism, melody, and production. Born in Newark, New Jersey and relocating to Georgia at an early age, Vitale has been exposed to various subgenres of hip hop from the golden age of East Coast rap, to the Southern bounce that drives the genre today.
Music has been a huge part of Vitale’s life since he was young as his mother was a singer. Whether it be him watching his mother at performances or singing in the house, he quickly became comfortable with sharing his talent which later led into him pursuing his dreams.
Some of the hip hop and R&B artist that Vitale gravitated towards include, The Notorious BIG, Jay Z, Aaliyah, Raekwon, and Amel Larrieux, to name a few. While growing up in Savannah, GA, Vitale began to develop his own unique approach to writing songs by way of memorizing lyrics in his head, following in the footsteps of a few of his favorite artist.
Wanting his talent to be seen outside of Savannah, Vitale relocated to Queens, New York for college where he would begin to release music while sharpening his skills as a songwriter and performer.
Vitale has performed at venues such as SOBs and DROM, and events including BET’s LA Experience 2018. Now finalizing his first album, titled Vitality, Vitale is ready to introduce himself and his story to the world, and embark on a new era in his career.
