About Emma Gonzalez
Emma Gonzalez is an 19 year-old gun control advocate born and raised in Parkland, Florida. A survivor of the Marjory Stoneman-Douglas High School shootings, Emma was instrumental in organizing the historic #MarchForOurLives protest, the largest student demonstration in American history. While in high school, Emma also served as the President of the Marjory Stoneman-Douglas Gay-Straight Alliance. In addition to her work with March For Our Lives, she is currently pursuing her undergraduate degree.
