About Ryan Bang 502
Ryan Bright, AKA Ryan Bang, didn't have an easy childhood. His mother was on drugs and he has been in and out of jail from the time he was 8 years old. As a child, Bang was sent to live with his father for a very brief time, but found the love and stability he needed when he was living with his aunt. While going through all of his early troubles, Bang was always still a great student.
In his teen years and adult life, Bang was fully immersed in the streets. He was an active member of the Bloods, and has been locked up over a dozen times for crimes stretching from robbery to drug possession, among other offenses. Bang lost a lot of family and friends to the streets. But in 2018, his life was put on pause as he watched his Auntie battle and succumb to cancer. Bang battled with alcoholism and slight drug abuse. However, the most important thing in his life is rekindling the precious relationship with his daughter who is currently living with her mother in Georgia.
Bang hasn't had an easy life, but he knows that he is here for a reason. He makes music for others like himself and for the youth in similar situations so that they can hear his story and take a different route.
