MindsetBand

Mindset is a rock / alternative rock band that plays original music inspired by the grunge era and 90’s period. Most of the lyrics talk about subjects such as self acceptance, Psychology and mentalism, dealing with loneliness, and trying to perceive the world around us.

Mindset is the dream of the bands founders, Or Berger (26, Lead Singer, Guitar) and Ofek Azaria (27, Guitar).

The two met as potential apartment room mates, during their first year of studying in Ben Gurion University in Be’er Sheva. As the year developed, they discovered their shared enthusiasm for rock music, and old-school rock bands.

Ofek joined Or who has already been writing and composing songs since childhood, and intoxicated by the feeling of creation they both decided to leave their studies and go get themselves a band. They signed up for their first year of music studies in “Rimon Institute of Jazz”.



Mindset was formally formed in 2018 after they were joined by Uriel Ben Ezra (17, Bass) and Meitar Elazary (25, Drums ).

In August the band released their first single “Do You Remember” to a warm welcome- the song was played on several radio stations, and in the local music channel “24”- with a clip to go along with.



The band is currently working on their album which is planned to see light in 2019.
